At the point of acquisition we develop a Repositioning Plan, which includes at a minimum, a property theme, geographical assessment, evaluation of community amenities, local businesses and schools along with a comprehensive review of the property and our proposed recommendations for our Client’s consideration.

Our success in Repositioning for our Client’s properties is accomplished in three main phases:

• We isolate non-performing units and provide a focused approach to leasing efforts effectively eliminating vacancy factor.
• Similarly a strategy for optimizing rents on performing units is defined and executed
• We prioritize repairs of off-line units and the complexes common areas
